The House of New Life is a home for children who were once orphaned in Constanta, Romania.
Chi Rho Corporation is a non-profit that supports this house and provides a safe, loving environment for its residents.

The House of New Life is supported by Founders’ home church, Saratoga Federated Church, in Saratoga, California. The Holy Trinity Baptist Church, in Constanta, Romania is our local ministry partner.

Our Vision is to recognize the forgotten and neglected children of Romania, to raise them up and care for them as God intended for each of them to enjoy.
Our Purpose is to provide a home for abandoned children by providing them with a loving family, food, clothing, housing, proper health care, and education.
Romania is located in Eastern Europe, on the western edge of the Black Sea. Constanta is the second largest city in Romania and the second largest port in Europe.
